I'm sort of a newbie too and it's hard for me to understand when I was trying to learn, but now I'm getting the hang of it! I want to share that to newbies, ready?
1.) Get a host for your files.. (example: malware-site.www) Login or sign-up there.
2.) After logging in, click on the navigation area, My Files.
3.) Then, click upload files.
4,) Open a notepad and paste the code whether it's a javascript or whatever it is.
5.) Click Save as,
6.) Then, think of a name that suits the code then put a . (dot) and type the extension name needed. (example: text.js)
7) going back to ripway, click browse.
8.) Click for the file/s you're looking for.
9.) Then upload!
10.) In your friendster account, go to customize profile
11.) Then, paste this code in your media box: (code credits to friendstertalk)
